Richard Spero
A Senior Consultant with Focus on Results, Richard Spero has spent his
career as a teacher, school site supervisor and District Office
administrator in New York City, where he assisted hundreds of teachers
in school reform efforts in public schools in the communities of
Washington Heights and the Lower East Side of Manhattan, resulting in
substantial improvements in student achievement.
In addition, he provided professional development to new and
experienced school administrators in the areas of school-based
decision-making, collaboration, school improvement, and standards-based
instruction and assessment.
