Anita Quintanar
A Senior Consultant with Focus On Results, Anita Quintanar is also the
Director of Student Programs and School Relations at Claremont Graduate
University.
Dr. Quintanar’s work coordinating BECA, a federal career
ladders grant, was recently recognized in Washington, D.C., by the
Department of Education as one of the top career ladders programs in
the country.
She began her career as a bilingual teacher in Montebello
Unified School District in California and served as an administrator
and elementary school principal. Her work with the Institute at Indian
Hills gave her experience in assisting low-performing schools to focus
on and impact student achievement.
Dr. Quintanar received her Ph.D. from Claremont Graduate University and her area of interest is parental involvement.
