JoAnne Kostiuk

A Senior Executive Program Manager with Focus on Results, Ms. Kostiuk works with the FOR team on a day-to-day basis offering technical support, conference planning and execution, and serves as a liaison to our clients.

Prior to joining Focus on Results, Ms. Kostiuk began her career in the private sector. She spent 14 years in a multi-faceted organization focused in customer service and specialized in Human Resources for the final two years. Prior to switching over to the education sector, Ms Kostiuk worked collaboratively with both employees and the management team and helped to implement programs that were of benefit to all. Her diverse background enabled her to adapt and grow immensely both professionally and personally, and brings with her a strong belief that in order to be our best, we must do our best, especially in relation to educating all children of today.
