Kathy Crum
A Senior Consultant, Kathy is the Director of Elementary Education in Springfield Public Schools in
Results - a Framework that evolved from the work with Focus On Results. Kathy leads the district team that writes and presents
this professional development to every school in the district.
In her career as an educator, Kathy has been a classroom teacher at elementary and middle schools. She has served as an administrative intern at the middle school level, a summer school coordinator at the high school level, assistant principal and
principal at the elementary level. She recently served as principal of
Kathy and her staff were successful in turning the school around in order to make adequate yearly progress.
