Karl Clauset
A Senior Consultant with Focus On Results, Dr. Clauset is an
experienced school improvement coach. In addition, he is a trainer and
consultant with the National Whole-Faculty Study Group Center on
teacher collaboration and schoolwide action research to change teacher
practice and improve student learning.
Dr. Clauset specializes in systems management and has focused
his work on policy, systemic change, strategic planning, performance
standards, budgeting, and facilities planning, and has served as an
elected school board member.
A former Boston University professor, Dr. Clauset previously
worked in school reform and international education development at the
Education Development Center. He also served as a teacher and
administrator at the Jakarta International School in Indonesia, and
taught in schools in Zambia and Tanzania, Africa.
