Focus On Results Principals' Insititutes provide principals and assistant principals the opportunity to:

  • Reflect on leadership behaviors and how they reach the hearts and minds of those they lead,
  • Begin work on Leadership Matters: A Framework for Principals as Instructional Leaders,
  • Learn to apply a belief in learning, the culture of teaching and learning, and the management of learning,
  • Make connections with their own work to the two principals featured in the PBS Documentary, “The Principal Story”, and
  • Create next step plans to strengthen and focus their instructional work.
