Cookie-cutter initiatives and "off the shelf" improvement models just don't work. Instead of trying to implement slick one-size-fits-all canned solutions, we base our approach to working with each district on what we learn about it. We work to identify each district's needs, as well as the methods and practices that work best for each school and district environment.
